Senior Vice President, Finance & Accounting

As Senior Vice President of Finance & Accounting, Mimi Taylor oversees several corporate departments including Accounting, Finance, Credit & Collections, and Payroll. She is responsible for ensuring that the company's financial processes run efficiently and effectively in order to make life better for Roth Staffing Companies' coworkers, customers, Ambassadors, and vendors.

Mimi's appreciation for Roth Staffing's workplace culture inspired her to join the company in 2014 after a ten-year stint as CFO of a large petroleum organization, where she was named Private Company CFO of the Year in 2007. Mimi's experience also includes tenure in banking, manufacturing, multi-company/division enterprises, strategic planning, operational efficiencies, and corporate tax.

Mimi is a proud graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where she received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Accounting.
