At Roth Staffing, our company purpose is to make life better for the people we serve… especially those who have served this country and its people.
We are proud to hire and work alongside our nation's finest. We recognize that veterans have unique and valuable skill sets and unrivaled leadership abilities, and are honored to have them as part of the Roth family. On this page, you will find tips, resources, and best practices for veterans transitioning into the civilian workspace or seeking new career opportunities, along with available Roth positions.
It is our honor to do what we can for those who have done so much.
As an Active Duty Marine, there is an intangible spirit that’s instilled in all of us; a spirit that lifts Marines above themselves for the greater good of Corps and Country, known as "esprit de corps." This feeling of belonging and purpose becomes noticeably diluted when transitioning to the civilian sector, and unfortunately, many are not able to duplicate that devotion to duty which inhibits them from ever acclimating to a new organization's culture.
This is often times one of the biggest barriers for Vets, but the distinct similarities between the Marine Corps' Core Values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment and Roth Staffing Companies' Mission, Vision, Values, and Purpose & Promise made the decision to join the Roth Family very easy.
As a veteran myself, it was extremely important to me to work with an organization that had both extremely high ethical standards, and clarity of mission. I have to know not only my purpose but what I’m expected to achieve. Roth’s culture was a key selling point in attracting me to the organization. I found the leadership team to be genuine, transparent, and clear in the vision they had for the company.
In the Armed Services there is a heightened sense of comradery and family. Everyone has to do their part and watch each other’s 6. As closely as possible, Roth Staffing Companies has mirrored the foundations of that comradery, leadership, and communication to form a strong and supportive culture which can be even more aptly defined as the mood, energy and collaborative efforts of our coworkers and teams. For a veteran, Roth provides the climate to succeed and does so in a supportive and progressive manner.
Veterans clearly understand the accountability of their actions and the peace of mind knowing that there is a team of people always ready and willing to help and support them in order to succeed. With Roth, there is always a sense that every member of our community is looking out for the team and for the betterment of the organization. It starts with our leadership and continues with every interaction that we have. Just as with Veterans, our policies and procedures are in place to make the lives better for the people we serve.
Regardless of where your job search leads you, we want you to be prepared. Here you will find advice and articles provided by Roth and across the web, to help you find the right career for you.
Through our Purpose:full charity initiative, Roth is proud to give back to veteran causes, including: Wounded Warriors, Working Wardrobes (VetNet) and The Pat Tillman Foundation.

Our Woodland Hills team volunteered at Operation Gratitude, helping to assemble care packages filled with snacks, entertainment, hygiene products, and handmade items, contributing to the 250,000+ packages that Operation Gratitude sends annually. They also helped sort through letters of appreciation to new recruits, veterans, first responders, active duty service members, wounded heroes and their caregivers.

Each day, Roth coworkers have the opportunity to make life better for others, guiding jobseekers and helping local businesses grow. Meanwhile, Roth believes in making life better for its coworkers. The organization is proud to provide programs like:
We are happy to offer the only 9/80 flex schedule in the industry. Coworkers have the opportunity to work 80 hours over the course of 9 days, rather than 10. This gives them every other Friday off, that’s 26 three day weekends a year!
Healthy employees are happy employees. Roth is proud to offer comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and more.
We value your skills and want to see you grow. Roth offers structured career paths so every coworker has the chance to grow and succeed.
Every Roth employee receives paid community service hours and various avenues to give back to local communities. In 2016, Roth partnered with the American Heart Association to raise money and awareness, investing more than $750,000 into our communities via donations and more than 10,000 business hours spent volunteering.
As we said earlier, we believe in the health and well-being of our employees. Our health initiatives include gym memberships, wellness webinars, financial wellness programs, and life insurance policies to name a few.
It’s programs like these, coupled with our dynamic and talented coworkers that have helped to define Roth’s award-winning culture.
